Q: What is the delivery time for orders?
A: Please allow 14 business days for orders to be processed and delivered.  If you require your order sooner, please contact us directly and we will make every attempt to ship your order by priority mail. PLEASE NOTE: Since the merchandise you order may be shipped from several locations, items may be shipped separately. As a result, they may arrive to you at different times and in separate Packages. You will not incur additional shipping charges .


Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: We ship to Canada and the US.  For US orders, we will reply to the order with a US shipping quote and request confirmation to proceed with the order.  Once we receive confirmation, the order will be shipped.


Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Please see our policy section for information on returns or exchanges.


Q: Do you have other items/sizes/colours in stock that are not on your website?
A: We have a brick and mortor store as well as our online store.  There are many items that will not be listed on our website that are in our brick and mortar store, or are available from our suppliers.  We make every attempt to list all sizes and colours available for each item on our website.  However, if you do not see what you are looking for or would like to make a special request, please contact us at Tanya Swan .


 Q: Do you issue Gift Certificates?
A: Gift Certificates are available from The Cranberry Kids Gift Co. Ltd.  However, Gift Certificates can only be purchased in store at 54 Main Street E in Huntsville.  The Gift Certificate may be used in the store or for email and phone orders.  For email or phone orders, the recipient must mail in the original Gift Certificate to us, and once received, the order can be shipped.
